Parc East Residential Development

Located on the eastern ridge of the lower mainland’s Tri-City area, this Port Coquitlam (Po-Co for those in the know) development skirts a place between city living and living next door to nature. Once again I was the sole copywriter working on the project, which was billed as a value-driven alternative to Vancouver’s sizzling hot real estate market.

Focusing on branding it as a relaxed alternative to the big city, I worked to define it as a place worthy of a forever home, and a spirited, charismatic community in its own right.
